Biscayne 18 fills a 1.57-acre block bounded by Biscayne Boulevard, NE 18th Street, NE 4th Avenue and NE 19th Street. Two 46-story towers rise 465 feet above an eight-level parking podium, wrapped in apartments so the garage stays out of sight.
